With over a decade of experience Shantel brings a deeply intuitive and refined touch to every session. Her signature style of ‘deep flow’ blends therapeutic pressure with fluid movement to unwind deeply held tension and restore natural balance.
Having trained at the Esalen Institute and completed an Ayurvedic Counselor program her background is varied and allows for each session to be a full body reset. She also incorporates Cranial Sacral into sessions to guide the nervous system into full relaxation helping clients experience a sense of wholeness and calm.
As the founder of Ponderosa Day Spa, Shantel has created a sanctuary where healing, presence, and luxury meet – offering bodywork that is both grounded and transformative.

Mariah became a massage therapist so she could pursue what she’s passionate about: working with people and wholistic wellness. Through intention and focus she is able to provide exactly what the body needs to let go of tension and stress.
After completing her education at the International Institute of Massage Therapy and studying traditional Thai massage in Bangkok, Mariah moved back to Montana to begin sharing her skills.
Using slow and intentional movements, she invites the nervous system to let go and wind down. She enjoys helping people feel more balanced and at ease in their minds and bodies.

Savanah is passionate about supporting people in feeling lighter, stronger, and more mobile in their bodies. Her intention is to create a calm, safe space where the body has room to unwind.
Savanah has dedicated the past several years to working closely with veterans, gaining extensive hands-on experience with a wide range of physical needs and conditions. Through this work, she has developed a refined ability to listen deeply to the body, adapting each session with skill, patience, and thoughtful care.
Clients consistently share that they feel safe, supported, and deeply at ease in her presence. Savanah is thankful for the opportunity to be part of each client’s wellness journey and looks forward to continuing to learn and grow in her practice.
